Refund policy
Our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 14 days, including delivery time; it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous products, or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned :
- Gift vouchers
- Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 12 days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially credited to your account.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Postage
To return a product, you must post it to: Fleurs Des Champs Distribution, 1 Rue d'Amiens, 13003 Marseille, France
You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs to return your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Please note that, depending on your address, the time taken to return your product may vary; please ensure your return reaches us within 14 days.
If you are posting an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the parcel or take out delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning to us.
