Mondial Relay**	DELIVERY TO RELAY POINT (3 to 6 WORKING DAYS****) For France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain
Chronopost ****	DELIVERY TO RELAY POINT (3 to 6 WORKING DAYS****) For Germany, Portugal and Italy
Colissimo Mondial Relay	HOME DELIVERY (2 to 4 WORKING DAYS****) For France   HOME DELIVERY (5 to 8 WORKING DAYS****) For Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, Italy and Spain

Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the parcel.

*Delivery times are calculated from the date of final processing of the order.

**For delivery to a retail outlet: you have 5 days in which to collect your order on presentation of an original form of identification. You may also appoint another person to collect your order, but they must present their original form of identification as well as the recipient's original form of identification and a letter of authorisation.

***Working days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

**** For Chronopost relay deliveries, you have (see times below) to collect your order on presentation of an original form of identification. You may also appoint another person to collect your order, but they must present their original form of identification, the recipient's original form of identification and a letter of proxy.

• 14 days in a Post Office or Chronopost Agency.
• 7 calendar days in a Pickup Relay, before returning on the 8th day.
• 3 days in a Pickup station.

PLEASE NOTE : It is possible to receive your order in several packages.

ATTENTION : During busy periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas or Sales, delivery times may be extended by carriers.

Delivered countries : We currently only deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal (excluding AÇORES and MADERE), Germany (excluding BUSINGEN and HELGOLAND), Italy (excluding CAMPIONE and LIVIGNO) and Spain (excluding CANARIES, CEUTA and MELILLA).
